UNDELETE is a free software so you can use it,you can get it in any HBCD
Now let start..
1.Run undelete
2.Select the drive where your deleted data..
3.Scan Advanced scan....
4.Wait at lest 10 min for completing scan.
5.Now you get the list of DELETED data..
if your data is not in the list click in Advanced Extra!!!...
6.Select data you want to recover
7.Click in recover & select directory for recover..

What is to do for memory dump?
If you face a problem such as “physical memory dump”,
You need to restart your computer, and turn it on in safe mode
To turn in safe mode press F8 and select safe mode
Than uninstall the software you install last time before dumping.
Than restart pc and start in normal mode.
If your problem is not solved you have to open your RAM
& CMOS battery, you have to wash your RAM with clenar
